Anchusa
The Anchusa
medicinal plant is collected in the wild all year round straight from the
Galilee region. It is grown bio-organically and collected in the wild.
The young leaves of the Anchusa medicinal plant can be eaten either raw or cooked.
Medical
activities:
This plant
contains pyrrolizidine alkaloids that prevent insects and other types of
animals from
eating it. Its
roots and leaves are used for medicinal purposes, such as placing crushed
leaves on
skin wounds.
Additionally, it can be used as a cream together with olive oil in order to
treat
burns. Lastly,
the leaves can me used to make a tea to treat worms and hemorrhages.
