Widely used among the Arab-Israeli population, the Sarcopoterium spinosum medicinal plant is

meant to be used as treatment to ease the suffering of diabetics. Additionally, this plant is used to

treat stomach aches, toothaches, gingivitis, urinary tract blockages, external infections, and to

reduce overall discomfort.
